AI Adoption Starts with Better Questions

Before choosing a tool, make the human problem specific enough to solve.

The most useful AI conversations rarely begin with a tool. They begin with a person trying to do something important, and a team willing to understand what gets in the way.

When leaders start with a specific workflow, a clear decision, or a recurring source of friction, the technology conversation gets more grounded. Teams can ask what should change, what must remain human, and what evidence would make a pilot worth continuing.

Good adoption is less about chasing possibility than creating the conditions for responsible usefulness.
